Pada tutorial kali ini akan membangun sebuah program sederhana mengenai pembuatan barcode generator menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. PHP merupakan sebuah bahasa pemrograman server-side scripting. Dengan menggunakan PHP dapat dengan mudah berinteraksi dengan script karena sintaxnya cukup mudah untuk dipelajari. Mari langsung saja ke tutorialnya.
Sebelum ke tahap coding pasikan dulu kalian sudah mempunyai local server untuk menjalankan script php atau bisa menggunakan aplikasi XAMPP jika belum punya silahkan ikuti tautan tersebut untuk mengunduh dan menginstall XAMPP terlebih dahulu.
Jika XAMPP telah terinstall jalankan apachenya lalu buat folder di htdocs dengan nama barcode atau sesuai selera kalian lalu buka kode editor bisa menggunakan sublime, notepad++, visual studio code dan lain sebagainya untuk menuliskan script php.
Untuk layout tampilan-nya, disini saya menggunakan bootstrap 4 agar terkesan lebih menarik dan rapih silahkan diunduh melalui link tersebut atau melalui cdn.
Dikarenakan proses pembuatan barcode menggunakan library phpbarcode dari davidscotttufts silahkan di unduh melalui tautan tersebut atau bisa di salin script php dibawah dan simpan dengan nama barcode.php.

Berikutnya kita buat tampilan antarmuka halaman utama untuk memasukan karakter yang nantinya akan dijadikan sebuah barcode. Tulis atau salin script dibawah ke dalam kode editor lalu simpan dengan nama index.php.

Simpan di folder barcode dengan nama index.php
Langkah berikutnya ialah membuat main function yang menjadi penghubung antara tampilan antarmuka dengan library phpbarcode. Script ini akan merender sebuah gambar barcode setelah pengguna memasukan karakter. Silahkan tulis atau salin script dibawah lalu simpan dengan nama generate.php.

Setelah itu kita jalankan program barcode generator ini di browser dengan memasukkan http://localhost/barcode di url maka akan tampil seperti gambar di bawah berikut lalu kita masukan karakter yang ingin dijadikan barcode lalu tekan tombol generate maka barcode akan muncul jika barcode berhasil muncul maka program kita berjalan dengan lancar.

Berikutnya kita buat tampilan antarmuka halaman utama untuk memasukan karakter yang nantinya akan dijadikan sebuah barcode. Tulis atau salin script dibawah ke dalam kode editor lalu simpan dengan nama index.php.

Langkah berikutnya ialah membuat main function yang menjadi penghubung antara tampilan antarmuka dengan library phpbarcode. Script ini akan merender sebuah gambar barcode setelah pengguna memasukan karakter. Silahkan tulis atau salin script dibawah lalu simpan dengan nama generate.php.

Setelah itu kita jalankan program barcode generator ini di browser dengan memasukkan http://localhost/barcode di url maka akan tampil seperti gambar di bawah berikut lalu kita masukan karakter yang ingin dijadikan barcode lalu tekan tombol generate maka barcode akan muncul jika barcode berhasil muncul maka program kita berjalan dengan lancar.
